AccessE11 revolutionizes citizen issue management and service delivery for smaller municipalities. After receiving notice of a city issue, a staff member uses With AccessE11 to create a case for the citizen with the job’s description, location and priority level, and then assign it to one or more staff members to resolve. AccessE11 has a dashboard to show the progress on the issues and notify citizens and staff of progress and/or next steps needed and so much more.
